Dynamo Moscow head coach Sandro Schwarz on Match TV shared his expectations for the derby with CSKA.
– You recently had a birthday. What kind of gift, besides the victory, are you waiting for today?
– Of course, it will be great if we win. In any case, it will be a very intense game. We are waiting for a tough fight, a lot of duels and, hopefully, a positive result.
– Juan Caceres and Rubens will be missed. To what extent are Nicolas Marichal and Dmitry Skopintsev ready not only to work out defensively, but also to join the attacks?
– We discussed our game plan in great detail and adapted Marichal's position. Nico has already shown a great game both in the center and on the right in defense, and everyone knows the qualities of Skopa, so we are ready to play in this squad.
– You have a great winning streak and first place in the table. How does this affect the mentality and confidence of the team?
– Of course, the atmosphere is always better when you win. But now we are not looking at the duration of the series, but are directing all our attention to each upcoming match. So with the starting whistle we will try to show a high-quality game against a very strong opponent.
